Yeah, the failed "planned community" reminds me of this bogus Joan Collins horror movie where she was a third-rate pushy real estate agent who was trying to rope people in to buying plots in some phony planned community. Of course, everyone got eaten by GIANT ANTS! Mwhah-hah-hah-hah!
